Total Rewards Ops Associate Manager - GTM Transformation
Overview The One Best Way GTM Transformation Total Rewards (TR) Ops Associate Manager supports the implementation and systems management for all Total Rewards changes associated with the rollout of One Best Way GTM Transformation. This is a capex approved role and responsible for partnering closely with business to develop optimal end-to-end process transformation and work with cross-functional team members to operationalize all compensation changes in alignment with the rollout of One Best Way GTM Transformation. Responsibilities Build dashboard and analytics to help facilitate design effectiveness requirements Manage end-to-end assessment of process simplification, transformation with a focus on automating processes and avoid manual workaround for the best employee experience Responsible for technology implementation and vendor management for any compensation changes associated with One Best Way GTM Transformation Responsible for processing any workforce reduction activities (e.g., VRP, ISP) related to One Best Way GTM Transformation including the processing of documentation, etc. Liaise between cross-functional teams (such as IT, PGT, WFM, payroll, GCC, and Alight) to ensure all processes are executed timely and accurately Assess impact and potential interdependencies on One Best Way GTM Transformation rollout with other North America-wide initiatives Identify opportunities for automation in project implementation Support job code development and deployment as needed Support the administration of ongoing requirements as identified as part of the Project rollout Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
