Overview Location: Role is hybrid in Plano, TX at 7701 Legacy Dr. Candidate should expect to be in office 2-3 days per week. Candidate must live a commutable distance. This Total Rewards Operations Associate Manager position reports into the People Experience & Operations team, primarily supporting the US operations of PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA). This important role will give the right candidate exposure to different functions in the company, and a foundation for a successful and exciting career at PepsiCo. It will provide subject matter expertise for the effective management of the Sales Compensation solution (ICM) used to process incentive pay for the PFNA US Field Sales organization of ~16,000 associates. It will also support identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance sales compensation solution functionality as well as continued improvement in sales incentive program management by engaging in system transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Annual Merit Increase process and range movement for all frontline sales within Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) sales incentive solution Oversee ICM system governance and controls for access provisioning including system administrator and custom permissions for field/business teams Partner with system IT Leads on internal system data flows, data audits, troubleshooting and problem-solving opportunities that support streamlining ICM functionality Develop system and data validations via the ICM vendor for optimal system functionality in performing sales incentive calculations Support the design, build and testing of new ICM enhancements to improve ICM performance and implement business or pay program transformation initiatives Escalation point of contact for Field HR and off shore team on system troubleshooting and solutioning for pay calculation, exception process, sales adjustment concerns Creating SQL Queries to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $129,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
