As a Total Rewards Analyst for Sector Europe, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Job Evaluations (L01–L07) including PAQ reviews, stakeholder consultations, and evaluations using the KF Hay methodology; preparing and validating remuneration packages for promotions and moves while ensuring compliance with TR policies; serving as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and TA teams on TR-related inquiries; supporting ad-hoc Total Rewards initiatives; and managing all administrative aspects of TR projects with accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities • E2E execution of Job Evaluations (L1-L7), including review of PAQs, consultations with HR BPs and/or requesting manager, validation through any Functional Model, evaluation using the KF Hay methodology and communication of final results to requestor for all countries in Sector Europe in a timely manner • Participate in preparation of remuneration packages (L1-L7) for promotion & moves & act as gatekeeper on all promotion/equity exception requests to TR policies for all countries in Sector Europe • Act as a first point of contact for employees, managers, TA team for TR policies related questions and requests in matter of Job Evaluations and Compensation Offers • Other Ad-hoc Total Reward Related Activities as required to support TR team members • Executing all administration from TR projects Qualifications • University Degree in Business Administration or alike. Alternatively, other University degree with postgraduate studies in Economics or alike would be desirable • 1+ years work experience, preferably in a multinational company • Fluent in English, other languages welcome but not necessary • Good communication skills, ability to build trust with colleagues and supported employees • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work proactively and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment • Good time management skills • Ability to be flexible and respond to a variety of issues in a fast-moving environment • Knowledge of current HR systems and compensation practice and experience in the field of compensation and benefits would be advantageous. • Strong PC skills with at least intermediate Excel and reporting system knowledge is desirable.
