Total Rewards Administrator
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Total Rewards Administrator to support a customer in the Richmond, VA area. The Total Rewards Administrator supports a wide range of administrative and operational functions within the Total Rewards department. This role is designed to be adaptable, with responsibilities that may shift based on departmental needs, special projects, or specific assignments. The Total Rewards Administrator plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality employee experience by managing core HR processes and contributing to various HR initiatives. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While core responsibilities are consistent, specific assignments may vary. • Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc. • Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc. • Assist with year-end processes including auditing information • Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees • Organize and set up job description library • Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content • Support the management of total rewards mailbox • Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team • Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees • Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed Hourly Pay Rate Range: $45.00-$50.00 We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits required • Experience with Workday • Experience documenting standard operating procedures • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
