As a Senior Consultant within our Middle East Total Portfolio Solutions (TPS) team based in Abu Dhabi, you’ll lead the client delivery and evolution of high-impact solutions for sophisticated asset owners and family offices across the region.

Total Portfolio Solutions (TPS) provides Investment Performance & Risk Measurement solutions alongside Compliance Guideline Monitoring and Private Markets Analysis for a diverse client base including corporate pension funds, public funds, foundations, endowments, wealth managers, sovereign wealth funds, and global family offices.

As a Senior Consultant, you will focus on servicing clients subscribed to our traditional performance capabilities and Front Office Solutions. Front Office Solutions provides a holistic, full-service, multi-asset solution that aims to empower in-house investment teams and support their important mission by providing a more comprehensive set of operational services and analytics including portfolio management, investment decision support and operational risk management. You will work to initiate and develop cross-sell opportunities across our Product landscape in the region and support the Business Development teams across Asset Owners and Global Family Office as a subject matter expert across our TPS Products, including system demonstrations and Consultative discussion.

Lead the service delivery for high-value or strategically important TPS clients, ensuring operational excellence and business alignment.Act as the primary contact for client engagements, offering expert guidance and resolving complex client queries.Understanding the capabilities of TPS Products to identify development opportunities and support cross-functional solutioning and sales generating fee revenue for the bankCollaborate with business development teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to strategic discussions and product demonstrations.Drive innovation by streamlining and automating processes to deliver scalable solutions.Leverage expertise in performance measurement and attribution across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments to support all TPS functionsDeliver consolidated reporting across asset classes to clients, utilising knowledge of private and public market performance measures e.g., IRR vs TWR, PME’s, benchmarking and accounting.Provide technical insight and analysis for internal and client-facing projects.Oversees the development and implementation of new performance analytics products based on changing market or client needs.Participates in initial client discovery sessions; assists in project planning, setting client expectations, and facilitating continuous client updates throughout the onboarding process.Ability to lead and mentor team members, drive knowledge share to increase awareness and enhance knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience working with complex clients who have large multi-asset class portfolios and have subscribed to Performance Measurement services and are active in Private Markets.Proven experience within investment-related experience, ideally with multi-asset portfolios and private markets.Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, and private market asset reporting and analytics (commitments, return multiples etc.)Proven experience in investment analysis, investments operations, client-servicing, or transferable experience from a related field, typically gained through experience in a performance related role.Excellent client servicing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience with financial software (Northern Trust or third-party platforms preferred).Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
