Schedule: 6–12-hour shifts (days or nights) with some weekends
Location: Clients within ~30 minutes of your home
Overview
Skilled at total care? These cases need confident caregivers for hands-on assistance including transfers, bed baths, incontinence care, repositioning, and comfort-focused routines—while staying within non-medical home-care scope.
Responsibilities Full ADL support: bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence, oral care Safe transfers (gait belt/slide board/Hoyer per care plan), bed mobility, repositioning Skin-integrity checks, basic range-of-motion per care plan, pressure-relief techniques Meal prep/feeding assistance (as appropriate), hydration, med reminders Documentation in app; timely escalation of condition changes

Requirements CNA or HHA (required) with experience in total-care cases (facility or home) Current CPR; Valid driver’s license & insurance; reliable vehicle Comfortable with lifts/transfer equipment per plan; strong body-mechanics
