Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Software Intergrator to support a DOW program at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The Software Developer will provide software support for laptops, desktops, system storage, and servers, including configuring hardware devices, testing new software, and designing network structures. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and developing system configurations within mixed environments—Windows, Linux, and containerized platforms—using tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes. The role involves reviewing logs and outputs for server errors, including Java, Ruby, and Python issues, as well as creating, modifying, and maintaining scripts in PowerShell, Bash, and Shell. Additionally, the developer will utilize containerization platforms such as Docker or Podman to support application deployment and management. $50/hr - $70/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
