Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Top Secret Project Controller to sit fully on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will come an Engineering/or Construction Management background within the Intelligence community. They will be developing and managing schedules for all projects, providing critical path analysis, and devising solutions for problem areas. They responsible for preparing monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders, advising the team on project success factors, and participating in project management teams to meet deadlines. Additionally, maintaining a change management program, identify out-of-scope work items, and assist in creating change order requests. Proactively identifying project problems or opportunities, interfacing with project teams and clients, and reviewing and recommending action on change order claims from subcontractors are integral aspects of the role, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
