Job Description Insight Global is seeking talented operations and planning professionals with backgrounds in Space Operations and Intelligence targeting domains to sit onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Mission Operations Planner you will be on the front lines assisting the client’s implementation teams to support the implementation of operationally focused software solutions and various client user bases. This person will work with other planners and analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, document user feedback and make recommendations to internal teams for future product enhancements. Candidates should have general scripting experience and will assist product configuration teams, and support data pipelining for rapid prototypes and implementations. Mission Operations Planners will also be responsible for user training sessions to include hands-on training and demonstrations on software products. This team is geographically dispersed wit users across the world and requires strong communication and ability to work with high level military and commanding officers. Pay Range: ~$31-52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
