Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Mission Effectiveness Program Manager to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be supporting a Pre-Milestone A program by providing direct support to the customer to execute strategy related to Mission Effectiveness in collaboration with technical engineers within Model, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) and Mission Effectiveness. Overtime, this individual will scale this team as the program progresses in the acquisition lifecycle. They will provide be responsible for creating strategic initiatives for the greater program to execute related to Mission Effectiveness. Additionally, this individual will be communicating these initiatives and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams with varying clearance levels with an emphasis on adhering to the programs schedule and performance initiatives. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of DoD Program Management experience in the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)  - Direct Program Manager experience within Missile Defense, Mission Effectiveness, MS&A, or the Intel community in a highly classified environment    Mission Effectiveness - Operational Readiness, Capability Alignment, Execution Quality, Resilience, etc.  - Familiar with creating and implementing strategic initiatives with limited context in communication  - Proactive communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams with varying clearance levels  - DoD Acquisition Program Management experience (DAU, DAWIA Certifications, etc.)  - Bachelors degree  - Active Top Secret Clearance + SAP eligible  - Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT) - PMP  - Previous experience as an IPT Lead or equivalent duties  - Any ICBM or RS/RV experience  - Any experience with DoE National Laboratories or related organizations (Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore, Sandi, etc.)  - Familiarity of Acquisition Documents and/or DAU standard documenting  - Active TSSCI Clearance Previous SAP Clearance null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
