Tooling Technician

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot injection molds and tooling in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Tooling Technician Details:

Direct Hire position$60.00 to $50,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftPerform preventive maintenance on molds and related toolingDiagnose molding issues and determine corrective actionsConduct in-house repairs, minimizing outsourcingUtilize welding, machining, and spotting skills as neededCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively with various departments

Tooling Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED requiredStrong understanding of injection molds and components (e.g., valve gates, hot runners, hydraulics)Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience with welding, benching/spotting, and machiningMust have your own tools
