EOR（成形前後の製品チェック）に参加し、品質向上を関係部門と協力して進める。

金型や治工具の修正・新規製作に対応し、安全かつ正確に作業を行う。

修正指示書に基づいて金型を修正し、必要に応じて納期調整も行う。

金型廃却時には、技術情報が外部に漏れないよう適切な処理を行う。

改善活動（改善サークル）に参加し、関連部署のサポートも行う。

Participate in EOR (End of Run) activities and work with related departments to improve molding quality.Perform mold and jig/tool modifications or new fabrication safely and accurately.Carry out mold corrections based on repair instructions and coordinate delivery schedules when needed.Ensure proper processing of customer‑owned and in‑house molds at the time of disposal to prevent any leakage of technical information.Actively participate in improvement activities (Kaizen circles) and support related departments.
