The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with CMM, precision measurement systems, CNC programming, and tooling rework, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability of production tools. What You'll Do: * Operate and maintain laser trackers for precision measurement, alignment, and inspection of tooling and assemblies. * Perform tool installations and assemblies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications. * Execute tooling rework and modifications as needed to support production and improve performance. * Utilize Mastercam software for CNC programming and tooling fabrication support. * Apply Verisurf for measurement, analysis, and validation of tooling solutions. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and deliver reliable solutions. * Maintain documentation of tooling configurations, modifications, and inspection results. * Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory standards. What We're Looking For: * 5+ years of experience in tooling fabrication, installation, or rework within aerospace or advanced manufacturing. * Hands-on experience with laser tracker operation for inspection and alignment. * Experience with tooling installs, assemblies, and rework. * Prior use of Verisurf for inspection and analysis. * Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Due to the nature of the work, an active DOD secret clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications & Skills * Prior aerospace or defense manufacturing experience. * CNC Programming * Familiarity with GD&T and blueprint interpretation. * Experience with CAD and CAM software tools.
