Job DescriptionTool cost calculation for plastic, rubber, stamping and aluminum die casting parts and negotiation with suppliers,Assessment of tool concepts and tool makers,Definition and implementation of an optimized (cost, technology) tool sourcing strategy,Collaboration with product development for a tool optimized (cost, technology) design.

QualificationsUniversity degree in mechanical engineering (or similar),Practical knowledge and real life (tool shop) experience in tooling design, construction, testing, modifications and reparations,Experience in tool cost calculation,Excellent personal communication skills, experience in working with suppliers.English fluent in speech and writing,Flexibility for travel, also international,Proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems,Familiarity with Costing software will be an asset.
