Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the Tool Room, the Machinist Apprenticeship Program, and the Fixture Inspection ProcessDrive recruiting activities with local colleges and career centers; engage on Advisory Boards of key partnersManage multiple projects by providing scheduling and resource management direction including internal fixture build needsWork cross-functionally across the factory, engineering, sourcing, AMRT, and other organizations to meet business needsCommunication and coordination of work assignments and prioritiesIdentify employee training needs; develop & execute improvement plansHas autonomy to make decision within a defined framework including resolution of issues that require good technical knowledge and judgement. Resolve shop issues involving equipment, machinery, and toolingResponsible for direct team development and growth through hiring, priority setting, and regular performance reviewsOwn employee accountability, discipline, Time & Attendance, and Reward & RecognitionDrive continuous improvement across all shiftsActively support the safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals of the businessWhat you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 - $171,800.00 Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on or after August 30, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
