Your success is our success\. **Description** We are hiring immediately for a **Tool Preparer** **What you will be doing as a Tool Preparer:** In this role, you will ensure our production tools are clean and ready for use\. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality\. Play a crucial role in creating the future of flight and join the best in the business\. Your responsibilities may include \(but are not limited to\): **Tool Preparation:** Prepare tools and fixtures by sanding, scraping, washing, and applying parting agents **Tool Maintenance:** Inspect returned tools, perform minor repairs, and move tools needing repair to the appropriate area **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records to track the status of tool fixtures **Tool Handling:** Ensure proper handling, storage, and timely movement of tools to scheduled areas **Part De\-bagging:** Remove parts from packaging and bags as needed **What you need to be successful:** A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required Ability to work in shop conditions with potential exposure to ketone , parting agent , etc\. General knowledge of tools is helpful Ability to stand for longer periods of time _Textron Aviation Inc\. must comply with U\.S export control laws and regulations\.
