Description + Design and fabricate custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering specifications and production needs. + Analyze blueprints, models, and technical drawings to determine materials, machining processes, and tool geometry. + Set up and operate manual machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and saws. + Operate CNC mills, wire EDM, and RAM EDM equipment to produce precision tooling components. + Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to ensure efficient and accurate machining. + Inspect and verify tooling dimensions using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, and height gauges. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to conceptualize and refine tooling solutions. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support tooling and manufacturing operations.
