We are seeking a **Tool & Equipment Designer** to join our team. **What will you be doing in this role?** : + construction of tools, instrumentation and gauges for production purposes + introducing changes and improvements in the existing constructions of instrumentation and machines, improving the conditions of production processes and optimizing costs + cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure the efficiency, quality and continuity of work and production processes (including in emergency situations) + standardization of construction solutions and improvement of the construction process + participation in tests of the constructed instrumentation + supplementing and supervising data contained in databases **Requirements:** + higher technical education - preferred majors: mechanics and mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or Robotic + 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably the automotive industry) + very good knowledge of the technical drawing, including the principles of dimensioning and tolerancing + good knowledge of the English language + practical knowledge of materials science, mechanics and strength of materials + experience in working with 3D CAD systems (Creo Parametric preferred) + knowledge of manufacturing processes + creativity and innovation + communication skills and the ability to work in a group **Offer:** + Market leading company with lots of potential + Opportunity to take part in brand new company projects + Attractive salary and benefits at a stable and financially healthy company + An organization where you can commit to the long-term + Wide scale of responsibilities + Career advancement opportunity Our people are at the heart of our success.
