The Boeing Company is looking for Tool Engineers to support our team in Berkeley, MO.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Entry-Level (Level 1) and Associate (Level 2).

Position Responsibilities:

Supports the investigation of basic equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to satisfy aerospace product design and build requirements.Participates in design reviews, collects design requirements, creates and revises drawings and models, researches the application of robotics, automation and new technology to support the build plan.Creates off-load packages, specifications, purchase requests and usage instructions for equipment and tooling.Checks designs for compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.Supports the development and documentation of equipment and tooling inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and user training.Provides technical support for engineering changes and discrepancies by investigating problems and analyzing data to identify solutions.Work with and participate on cross functional teams to solve manufacturing problems.Maintains hardware and software configuration.Assists with disposition of equipment and tooling.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (up to 4 years preferred).Basic Knowledge of Geometric Distancing & Tolerancing (GD&T)Basic CAD CAM (NX/CATIA/SolidWorks/CREO)

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Basic Knowledge of manufacturing processCAD experience in CATIA, NX, CREO or Solidworks is a plusTooling experience a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Education and experience are typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., a Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience, generally up to 4 years.

Summary Pay Range (Level 1) - $62,050 - $83,950

Summary Pay Range (Level 2) - $76,500 - $103,500
