**Job Title: Tool Crib Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Tool Crib Manager to oversee the operations of the tool crib room within a large processing factory. This role involves managing the distribution of tools for maintenance and production needs, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining essential documentation for tool movements. **Responsibilities** + Provide outgoing tools for maintenance and production needs. + Order, receive, and inventory all necessary products to ensure availability. + Conduct research to obtain the best pricing for ordered products. + Prepare documentation for outgoing, incoming, and internal tool movements. + Enter data into the company database with required information. + Manage all inventory and deliver daily/weekly inventory reports. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and tool crib operations. + Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). + Experience with SAP and procurement processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years' experience as a tool crib manager or inventory manager. + Competence in warehouse inventory management and computer skills. **Work Environment** This role operates primarily within a production and manufacturing environment. Candidates must be flexible to occasionally perform tasks outdoors, adapting to various work conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Billings, Montana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $63523.20 - $63523.20/yr.
