General Description:  Tool Crib Coordinator B shift  

Schedule: 3:30pm to 12am Tuesday to Saturday or as needed. 

Job responsibilities: 

Manage warehouse inventory and reorder points.Understand and help with min/max’s of MRO and suppliesPlace tags and labels on the inventory stockProper storage and handling of the received stockMaintain, create and review reports in excelAssist with physical inventory countsOther duties as assigned 

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SAP are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required. 

Requirements 

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English languageMechanically inclined is preferredAbility to multi-taskStrong Attention to detailMicrosoft Office proficient; Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatoryWarehousing experience a plus
