Job details Attendant is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of tools, parts, and equipment within an organization. This involves issuing these items to employees, meticulously maintaining inventory records, and actively monitoring stock levels. Furthermore, the role encompasses tool maintenance, including cleaning, sharpening, calibrating, and ... lubricating tools to ensure their functionality and longevity. Also manages a comprehensive tool and equipment database, tracks preventative maintenance schedules and work orders, and ensures all information is accurately inputted into a computer system. They are also responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing tools, including unpacking new stock and initiating requisitions to replenish inventory. Effective communication and relationship-building with vendors are also essential aspects of this position.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
