Job Description
As a Tool and Die Repairman, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing progressive dies and tooling equipment. Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble tooling as needed.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair progressive dies and tooling equipmentDisassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble tooling as neededUtilize grinders, lathes, mills, and other tool room equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on tools and dies per scheduleDocument all repairs, modifications, and preventive tasks accuratelyWork closely with press operators and engineering on tooling issuesQualifications and Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in tool and die repair in a stamping environmentProficiency in operating tool room equipment (grinders, mills, lathes, etc.)Strong blueprint reading and math skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to pass pre-employment screeningsBenefits and Perks:Competitive pay of $25 or more based on experienceMedical BenefitsTraining & Opportunities for Career GrowthYour New Organization: A leading metal stamping and aluminum manufacturer providing optimized production for various industries.
