Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Machinist to manufacture and assemble precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures essential for metal fabrication and machining operations. The ideal candidate will read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models, operate both manual and CNC machines, and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of tools.
ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.Operate manual and CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM equipment.Perform tool maintenance, sharpening, and repairs.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop tooling solutions.Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and modifications.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools.Ability to set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machines.Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and heat treatment.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Toolmaker in a metal manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical certification or associate degree in Tool & Die Making or related field preferred.Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
