In this role, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and troubleshooting tight tolerance progressive dies to meet quality and production standards. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with production and engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking for long-term stability and growth.Responsibilities:· Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
· Set up and operate machine shop tools to fabricate and repair dies
· Use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy
· Fit, assemble, and test jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies to specifications
· Troubleshoot and correct die-related issues in a timely mannerQualifications and Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Completion of formal apprenticeship program or two-year technical program preferred
· 3+ years’ experience in tool and die making, preferably in a metal stamping environment
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsBenefits and Perks:· Pay Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
