As a Solution Engineer intern, you will engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain and understanding and build product expertise. You will contribute to technical wins, or portions of technical wins, with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations.

**Program start date: January 2026**
**About:** **Tomoh Program** is Microsoft's program for Emiratization, aiming to accelerate Emirati employability and create market impact through early in career recruitment, and skilling programs..
**Program overview:** Microsoft Tomoh Internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.
**Program Details: The 6 months, full-time** program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)
**Phase one** : _Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)_
+ Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
+ Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
+ Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
**Phase two:** _On-the-job training (5 months)_
+ Joining as a **Solution Engineer Intern** for on-the-job shadowing and training.
+ Mentorship and coaching sessions.
+ Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
+ Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
**Responsibilities:**
+ You build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and build awareness of need for compete strategies.
+ You will consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness.
+ You will engage with customer, with coaching from others. You will shadow in customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.
+ You will develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Emirati National holding UAE Family Book
+ Emirati nationality
+ Legally authorized to work in UAE (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
+ Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).
+ Fluency in English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
+ Strong Desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
+ Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
