Tomahawk Development is seeking multiple Execution Program Managers to join the Tomahawk Portfolio Program Management team. Responsibly for coordinating one or more development program teams in their proposal and execution efforts on various Govt contracts. Coordination with multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. Will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, RLPM, PRISM, etc.
In addition, this person will also be expected to work closely with and influence PMOs and functional contributors to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives. Work through various stages of proposals & program execution. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you may also interface with customers for various topics to include technical interface meetings, contracts meetings, program management meetings and business growth meetings.

**Will You Will Do:**
+ Act as the delegate to the Program Manager; assist in meeting contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
+ Lead/assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm), such as risk and opportunity boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, program management reviews, preparation for customer visits, execution reviews, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
+ Prepare, revise, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), corporate, and business policies and procedures.
+ Act as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the PMO and coordinate the broader functional team during EAC development, with the potential to oversee the entire EAC process.
+ Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and/or Cross Product Teams (CPTs)), including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions.
+ Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
+ Lead proposal and startup activities

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
+ Prior experience in program, or project management
+ Prior experience with or as a IPTL (Integrated Product Team Lead) Lead or similar position
+ Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review
+ Prior experience with program and project management tools ( **_ex: IPDS/RLPM etc_** .)
+ Prior experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development or similar program/system
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months
+ Certified BOE developer / approver
+ Prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies
+ Product lifecycle management experience
+ Raytheon Earned Value Certification
+ Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management
+ Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
