Objectives of the Position

Why does this position exist?  With what permanent objectives?

Responsibility to manage the day today Deburring Operations and Quality issues. One point co-ordination with BASF with Deburring supplier. Also involved in Technical, Quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of Cellasto operations. Involved in Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and personnel working in the plant.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Monitor & control production process flow, capacity utilization, down times, availability of resources and implement safe practices.Coordinate with BASF Production, QA, QM, Sales & Engineering and SCM Ensure compliance to Statutory requirements by Cellasto Plant and Toller plant. Ensure timely disposal of hazardous waste & effluents as per BASF guidelines.Train and develop the employees of Toller plant on quality standards and requirements of BASF, ISO, IATF and customers.Implement BASF requirements of Safety, Health and Environment systems for suppliers at Toller plant.Daily co-ordination at VTAPL and BASF for quality related issues.Monitor VTAPL process and highlight if any deviation is found.Ensure safety norms followed at VTAPL strictly.Take part in PPAP documentation.Prepare snap gauges for all new parts.Track daily rejection for OMP and BOP parts.LPA of the Toller as per define frequency.Take part in improving deburring processes.Coordination with different SPM manufacturers.Highlight key concern from toller if any on regular basis

 

Job Requirements (minimum requirement to carry out the work)

 

Education - BE /Diploma- Mechanical

Working Experience - 2 years - 4 years

Technical & Professional Knowledge - Chemical Process/ Machine operation
