In this role, you will plan, establish, and coordinate leaf tobacco activities, working closely with passionate experts across functions to drive product excellence.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

As part of the team, you will:

 

Plan, establish, and coordinate blend recipe maintenance activities for production, including stock positioning, inventory optimization, and waste reductionPredict, analyse, and control chemical trends of tobacco components in line with PMI specificationsManage tobacco inventories in an efficient and optimal manner, aligned with market and production demandsPrepare and submit required periodic reports to government authorities related to tobaccoEnsure full compliance with PMI specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsLead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects related to product and process enhancementsApply and actively promote a “zero-loss” mindset in all job activitiesUse Excel and Power BI to analyse trends, forecast impacts, and improve operational efficiencyConsistently apply lean working standards across daily operations

 

What We’re Looking For

You:

 

Hold a university degree (Tobacco Technology Engineering is highly preferred)Bring minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, or Supply ChainDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPossess strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomouslyAre confident working in multinational, cross-functional environmentsHave advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a strong advantage; experience with SAP is an assetShow a structured, analytical, and hands-on working style, with strong stakeholder management capabilitiesAre collaborative, customer-oriented, quick to learn, and a true team player
