Job Description

-负责整车热管理系统架构设计,制定开发方案,空调系统和电驱冷却系统一维联合仿真,主导控制策略制定和标定实施。

-Responsible for vehicle thermal system architecture design, define development proposal, thermos system simulation for HVAC and E-drive system, lead control strategy definition and calibration.

 

-根据整车功能定义,完成系统和零部件级别的功能需求分析和需求管理

-Define system and component function requirement analysis and management based on vehicle function definition.

 

-负责空调/热泵控制软件算法开发、舒适性策略,诊断策略开发、性能验证和优化。

-Responsible for HVAC/Heat Pump control SW development, including comfortable strategy, diagnostic, performance validation and improvement.

 

-支持标定规范建立,对标定方法和开发目标提出具体需求

-Support calibration protocol definition, provide detailed requirement for calibration method and engineering target.

 

-支持台架及整车开发过程中软件调试和标定

-Support SW debug and calibration during thermal system test bench and vehicle calibration.

Qualifications

-全日制统招本科及以上学历,软件工程、车辆工程、能源动力工程、自动化等相关专业,3年以上新能源汽车整车热管理系统开发经验

-Bachelor degree with major in SW engineering, vehicle engineering, Power engineering, automation engineering related, 3 years work experience with NEV thermal system development

 

-具备新能源车辆热管理系统开发经验,有热泵空调应用经验,熟悉热管理系统零部件关键特性。

-Faimilar with NEV thermal management system development, experience for heat pump application and know details for TMS components.

 

-熟悉整车热管理软件架构和核心控制算法。

-Familiar with TMS SW architecture and core SW module.

 

-熟练掌握GT-Suite或Amesim等热管理1D仿真工具,熟悉 Matlab/Simulink, c语言等开发工具优先

-Familiar with 1D thermal simulation tools such as GT-Suite or Amesim, have knowledge with Matlab/Simulink, C language development tools should be better.

 

-熟悉舒适性评价标准,熟练掌握自动空调和热管理标定方法,并具有相关的软硬件及系统设计知识

-Faimilar with comfortable evaluation criteria, know auto AC and TMS calibration method, deep knowledge for related SW/HW and system design know how.

 

-熟悉控制器V模型开发,包含需求、系统和软件构架设计、软件设计及集成和验证

-Familiar with V model for controller development, including requirement management, system and SW architecture design, SW design, integration and validation process.

 

-具备性能源控制系统需求管理流程和方法,熟悉ASPICE、CMMI、ISO 26262等开发流程和要求.

-Familiar with requirement management process and familiar with ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262 process.
