Primary purpose of the job:The TM Analyst role involves supporting projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), working directly with C&W's international in-country network and corporate occupiers with real estate portfolios spanning all regions, industries and asset classes

Role Profile:
To provide professional support to client account managers and the wider account team when neededTo assist with and manage streamlined processes for financial and client activitiesSupport with financial analysis and administrative responsibilities on multiple client accountsRole Responsibilities:
Support the team in undertaking portfolio key dates report and analysis.Undertake portfolio review analysis and identify opportunities.Carry out financial modelling analysis – stay vs go scenarios etc.Assist with the creation of Quarterly Business Review reports and provide client reporting support to team.Gather client feedback to create case studies.Familiar with Cushman & Wakefield corporate structure and seeks to develop internal networksSupport Associate Directors and Directors by contributing to client presentations, bids and pitchesGather and act on client feedbackManage budgets and billing on specific client accountsAssist Account Managers with the billing process, ensuring compliance policies (internal and external) are adhered toManage team finances and maintain up to date forecasts and profitabilityCoordinate the team invoicing process and deliveryCreate and standardise team presentations – both internal and externalResearch and coordinate sector and company specific informationSupport BD activities when neededQualifications (education) required for filling the position:
Degree level qualification in Business or similarCore Skills & Experience:
Basic knowledge of the real estate sector and market trendsGood level of English language skills (written and verbal); other languages a bonusAt least intermediate Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Initial experience of working with data and reporting toolsBasic commercial awareness and financial analysis skillsEntry level up to 1 years of Real Estate ExperienceBehaviours & Personal Qualities:
