We boldly go. **Job Summary:** **The TK EMEA Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting activities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes by liaising with other departments.** **Responsibilities:** **Financial Reporting & Analysis:** · Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials in accordance with corporate deadlines. · Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. · Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. · Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow. **Budgeting and Forecasting:** · Preparing the financial forecasts (AOP, Quarterly Forecasts, LRP etc.). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives. · Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. **Internal Controls and Compliance:** · Develop and maintain a strong compliance environment. · Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity within the finance team and across the organization. · Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters. **Strategic Planning:** · Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. · Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to support business growth. · Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. · Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Accountancy certification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). + Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. + Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Ability to work on own initiative. + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + High level of integrity and ethical standards.
