We are seeking a Title Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states. You will handle title-related inquiries and issues through various communication channels and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: + Handle incoming title issues via email, text, and phone calls, providing timely and thorough responses. + Take ownership of title issues, resolving or escalating as needed. + Process vehicle titles from multiple states, verifying accuracy and marketability. + Receive and distribute packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. + Review and organize titles, creating necessary documentation for marketability. + Sort titles by VIN and send to the correct buyer. + Upload verified titles into the system. Qualifications: + 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing. + Proven ability to manage title-related responsibilities and resolve issues. + Strong communication skills (written and verbal). + Experience in automotive-related customer service roles. + Familiarity with sending titles to buying dealers and troubleshooting end-user issues. Work Environment: + On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.
