Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing title documentation, ensuring accuracy, and supporting administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in title-related operations. Responsibilities: • Enter title information accurately into the system and maintain up-to-date records. • Verify payment statuses and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. • Review vehicle titles and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. • Prepare and provide supporting paperwork for sales confirmations. • Package, label, and arrange for the secure delivery of titles to buyers via courier services. • Ensure titles are delivered to the correct locations and file titles awaiting payment as necessary. • Assist with additional projects and tasks as required to support the team. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with corporate standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. • At least 2 years of experience working with titles or in a related field. • Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Demonstrates professionalism and a team-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with title clearing, administrative assistance, and title searches. • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
