•\tAccurate processing of automotive titles for lending partners
•\tReview and audit loan and title documents for accuracy
•\tManagement of a Queue system used to disburse tasks/action items
•\tProvide excellent customer service on outbound and inbound calls, including responding to voicemails, emails and text messages to obtain missing documentation
•\tResponsible for learning, knowing, and navigating state specific title laws & requirements for perfecting liens
•\tProvide detailed document on the system used/ create record as needed and directed by policy/procedure
•\tRecognize “red flags” or potential fraud when reviewing accounts/question things that appear suspicious
•\tDe-escalate situations when necessary with customers and vendor network
Shift:
Can start anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30 am as long as an eight hour shift is completed.
7-4, 7:30-4:30, 8-5
Minimum education is a high school diploma.
This position needs to sit onsite 100% of the time and there is no room for remote work. These documents are confidential and regulations need to be followed regarding the safe keeping of vendor/customer information.
Additionally:
- Processing 15-20 titles a day
2 main groups; Repossession and Refinance
- They are completing the applications and sending them out to the DMV/BMV
- Cannot have any errors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
- Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - must be able to navigate Outlook and create rules that auto assign emails to a specific folder as they come into the inbox
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years experience working with specifically auto loan and/or titles processing

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
