Title Clerk
**Job Title:** Title Clerk **Location:** Plano, TX **Schedule:** Full-time, M–F **Pay Rate:** $21 **Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Title Clerk** to join our team. The Title Clerk is responsible for processing all new and used vehicle sales registration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process all new and used vehicle sales registrations and title work + Submit all legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) + Verify the accuracy of all legal transfer documentation to ensure compliance + Confirm funds have been collected and recorded correctly prior to submitting title work + Maintain a complete schedule of all outstanding title work and provide weekly aged reports to management + File and organize title documents for easy access and compliance purposes + Answer customer and staff questions regarding title-related matters accurately and courteously + Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area + Cross-train to support multiple store locations as needed + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + Minimum **1 year of recent Title Clerk experience in a dealership setting** (required) + Strong organizational and data entry skills + High attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems preferred **What We Offer:** + Opportunities for cross-training and career growth + Supportive team environment **Pay Details:** $21.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
