JOB SUMMARY

Plan, coordinate, and assist with execution and implementation with regards to the business processes that need to be installed from a warehouse operations perspective. In that function, he/she is working closely together with his counterparts within the operations community as well as counterparts within the IT department. Handles simple to medium complex projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop processes and procedures to enhance and optimize warehouse logistics operations in line with our standard service offering and the business requirements of the client Develop and review layouts of warehouse logistics flows and warehouse space Conduct process design reviews to secure approvals Lead the testing efforts from a warehouse perspective Provide training and training documentation to workforce to who the solution  will be deployed Provide extensive go-live support during production implementation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (degree in Logistics/ Industrial Engineering); Master's degree is highly desirable 1 to 3 years’ experience of logistics processes Strong communication and analytical skills Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills Ability to work in a team environment with little supervision Operational management experience is a competitive advantage Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System and Labor Management System (SAP WM, Red Prairie, etc.) Excellent PC skill in MS Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, AutoCAD MTM / MOST training.
