Start your new career as a Part-Time Tire Loader with MAU at Michelin US4 in Midland City, AL. As a Tire Loader, you will support weekend operations by manually loading thousands of car tires while maintaining trailer safety and load compliance.
What We Offer: Pay of $16.00 – $17.00 per hour First Shift | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Part-time, weekends only (Saturday & Sunday, non-rotating 12-hour shifts) Paid breaks Opportunity for advancement Note: Health benefits are not offered for part-time employees.
What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED - preferred Minimum 6 months of forklift experience 1+ years of consistent work history Basic math and computer skills Ability to repeatedly lift 60+ pounds Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and standing for extended periods Willing to work a non-rotating weekend schedule with possible overtime What You’ll Do as a Tire Loader: Ensure trailers are clean and free of debris before loading Manually load thousands of car and truck tires Inspect trailers for damage, debris, or hazards Report trailer damage, non-compliant tires, and labeling issues Follow load pattern specifications from the provided spec sheet Identify and remove unreadable or faulty tread code tires Move pallets and assist with loading/unloading of poles Complete required discharges and control loads for charging Perform all other assigned tasks to support warehouse operations
