Job DescriptionCollaborate on product development projects to create new summer replacement tires for the APAC regionDrive the industrialization of new products in close alignment with cross-functional teamsContribute to technology development initiatives for the next generation of productsSupport and enhance existing product lines across the full product lifecycle, based on internal and external customer needsPlan, execute, and analyse tire tests to validate performance and qualityDocument and present new products and key results to stakeholdersEngage in R&D projects such as technology rollouts and process optimizationBuild strong networks between central R&D, production sites, and marketing teamsPrepare technical product presentations for launches and customer-facing events

QualificationsAcademic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related fieldSolid experience in project management, ideally in a technical or R&D environmentStrong intercultural awareness and ability to collaborate in international teamsAmbitious, innovative, and focused on delivering resultsReliable team player who thrives in performance- and goal-oriented environmentsProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
