Join our newly established Global Product & Benchmarking Team, focused on product development and benchmarking for passenger and light truck tires. As an Engineer in this international setup, you will contribute to the successful launch and optimization of tire articles across key markets including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

You will execute the introduction process of new tire articles for pass cars including UHP & LT/SUV´s across global markets.You will be responsible for timely Release Notices and Start of Production in line with agreed launch plans of individual tire lines.You will coordinate the industrialization process with cross-functional teams in R&D, plant PI, Quality and Manufacturing.You will plan and validate experimental tire orders with production plants and Testing departments.You will manage article lifecycle: compound phase-in/out, regulatory updates and quality enhancements.You will support cross-value generating projects and process optimization.You will be maintaining compliance with internal standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

QualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences2+ years in tire development or manufacturingSolid understanding of project or process engineeringExperience working in international /multicultural teams is a strong plusTechnical knowledge: Tire construction and design principlesTire building and manufacturing processesRelease Notices proceduresLegal and regulatory standardsTest methods and material mechanicsSkills & competencies: Advanced english proficiencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsQuality and process-oriented mindsetAbility to work flexibly in a global cross-functional team

Additional InformationStarting salary from : TT8 (graduates), TT9 (experienced candidates), based on experience, skills, and competencies.Target salary: TT10.
