Role Overview
The Scoring Management Timekeeping Administrator supports Scoring Management in overseeing daily scorer activities by performing timekeeping responsibilities to guarantee precise and timely compensation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review and verify the accuracy of timekeeping records for scorers, including hours worked and paid time off.
Train and support Scoring Directors and Scoring Supervisors on the timekeeping process.
Address content team and scorers concerns regarding the timekeeping process.
Request or pull reports for project set-up and coordinate with appropriate teams.
Upload attendance or scoring system reports to a timekeeping spreadsheet or database daily.
Upload completed timekeeping spreadsheets into Oracle, our internal system.
Run Oracle reports and make identified error corrections.
Investigate and reconcile scorer hour discrepancies and apply corrections as necessary.
Follow procedure to request necessary pay corrections with compensation team.
Offboard scorers identified by projects when notified by content staff.
Any other duties as assigned.
This position may include weekend shifts.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
PC skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams etc.). Excel proficiency is required for this position.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
