Main Responsibilities:
First point of contact for Spanish time tracking queries, issues management and support for Employees and Managers.Manage Workday input for all accrued balances, paid out/changes to time balances.Reports Management for Time Tracking in Spain:Lead on design and support delivery of emerging reports requirements for time trackingRun and submit reports to different teams, including local People Services, as requiredTime track reports to Public Authorities, as required Monitoring of hours worked at home versus hours worked at the office (“Smart Working” policy).Pro-actively work to support the Spanish business with monitoring time tracking data, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and monitoring extended hours balances.Work with the People Leads to create and deliver comms to employees / managers.Subject Matter Expert as “go to” person with deep understanding of the Spanish worktime policy and the Spanish legislation regarding time tracking.Partner with Payroll to ensure any overtime pay-outs are processed correctly.Pro-actively monitor the compliance to working time legislation. Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement for system enhancements in support of the Workday system module owner.Own and maintain Knowledge Articles for the Time Tracking Module for Spain.Skills and Experiences:
Knowledge of Workday Time and Attendance module, Employee Center / Agent Workspace and local Spanish time tracking legislation preferred.High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure.Strong stakeholder management at multiple levels and functions in the organization, with direct and indirect influence. Ability to negotiate and influence decision making.Comfort in ambiguous situations with ability to apply a test and learn mindset and make effective decisions when all of the data is not present.Continuous Improvement mindset – ability to take concepts/ideas and turn into practical operational deployment.Excellent problem solving and judgment skills.Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload.Relationship management experience with client-focus.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish required (oral and written) - B2/C1 level.Highly computer literate, especially with Excel, but also PowerPoint.High analytical and organizational skills.Educated to Degree level or equivalent desirable.Data management.More about this role
