This T&E Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Financial Shared Services with their global time and expense operations.
ResponsibilitiesOversee global time and expense operations.Conduct expense reviews including approximately 600 corporate PCards monthly.Operate efficiently within Concur and JD Edwards systems.Provide email support for Accounts Payable and manage vendor receipts.Support global payment projects.Collaborate effectively with vendors as necessary.Analyze cash receipts with precision.Essential SkillsProficient in Time & Expense management and Accounts Payable.Experienced in using Concur for expense reports.Skilled in processing purchase orders.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables and vlookups.Capable of working with larger ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree.Four+ years of experience with T&E processes, managing 600+ expense reports per month.Four+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing and vendor communication.Experience with an AP automation tool or system.Experience with Concur since 2021 or more recent.Work EnvironmentThe role operates onsite in Conshohocken three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The position reports to a Senior Manager of Finance Shared Services within a team of over 15 professionals. This is initially a temporary role with potential for extension or conversion based on performance, though this is not guaranteed. The company boasts a strong global presence across 21 countries, with over 50% of net sales outside of the United States, and is a leader in industrial process fluids.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
