Time and Expense Manager

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Time and Expense Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of time and attendance operations, including system configuration, maintenance, and process optimization
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies; update internal procedures as needed
* Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation and responding to data requests
* Analyze timekeeping data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; share insights with leadership
* Provide responsive and empathetic support to employees and managers regarding timekeeping policies and procedures
* Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend workflow improvements based on user feedback
* Develop and deliver training materials tailored to various employee groups
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system updates and enhancements
* Maintain accurate employee data, including accruals, pay policies, and reporting structures
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity; coordinate with Payroll, HR, and IT as needed
* Engage in ongoing professional development
* Promote inclusive practices and contribute to a positive work environment
* Perform other duties as assigned
