The hourly rate of pay is $20.43. The Tile Carrier operates and ensures a mounting line is supplied with tile. **Major Functions and Scope:** + Feeds finished tile onto conveyers to fill mounting boards. + Keeps tile mounters stocked with pattern or replacement tile. + Empties scrap boxes as necessary. + Removes empty skids and boxes from line. + Desands tile as needed. + Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor. + Follows standard operating and safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment. + Keeps area safe, clean and organized. + Performs other related duties as required. **Education & Knowledge:** + High school diploma or equivalent. **Experience:** + 0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience. **Core Competencies:** + Good oral and written communications skills. + Good record keeping skills. + Good listening skills. + Accurate measurement capability. + Ability to understand and speak basic English. + Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner. + Ability to differentiate between colors.
