TIG Welder - Urgently Hiring
**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Location:** Minneapolis, MN **Position Summary** We’re seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a high-volume production team specializing in hydraulic components. This role involves precision welding of round, thin-wall tubing using a foot-operated turntable and overhead techniques. You’ll work primarily with mild steel (80%) and stainless steel (20%) across a variety of assemblies including pump liners, manifolds, and custom tube builds. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding using a foot-operated turntable and overhead techniques + Weld hydraulic pump liners, tube assemblies, manifolds, and fabricated tubular parts + Fit and prep tubing for welds + Maintain consistency in high-volume production runs (average order: 50 pieces) + Ensure welds meet blueprint specifications and quality standards **Qualifications** + TIG welding experience or completion of a welding technical program + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Willingness to work overtime as needed **Why Join Us?** + Medical Coverage: Company covers most of the cost with a low deductible + Retirement Benefits: 401(k) with company match + performance-based stock plan + Paid Time Off: 2 weeks starting PTO + 6 paid sick days (unused days paid out annually) + Bonuses: + Christmas bonus equal to one full week of pay + End-of-year bonus up to 5% of annual salary (based on company performance) + Stability **:** Highly tenured workforce with no history of layoffs **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
