TIG Welder – Skilled 1st Shift Opening!

We’re hiring a TIG Welder in Sanford! Our client is a well-established manufacturer that values safety, quality, and teamwork. This position pays $23–$26 per hour and is temp-to-hire.

This is a hands-on welding role where you’ll put your skills to work reading blueprints, creating precise welds, and supporting production in a safe, steady environment. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• TIG welding and inspecting welds
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Using air and electric grinders and tools

What we’re looking for:

• TIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use grinders/tools
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
