Job Description
We are seeking skilled TIG welders to join our team, specializing in welding stainless steel ranging from 18 gauge to 14 gauge. As a TIG welder, you will utilize a thumb switch and silicon bronze filler rod to fabricate products such as carts, racks, and trays for various clients.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel using a thumb switch.Work with 18 gauge to 14 gauge stainless steel materials.Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.Utilize silicon bronze filler rod for welding tasks.Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in TIG welding on stainless steel with a thumb switch.Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.Strong understanding of welding techniques and materials.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial, non-climate controlled environment, which can be hot at times. The role offers two shifts: 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:20pm-11pm, with occasional variations to 3:30pm-12am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
