Skills and Requirements * VMware & ESXi (2+ years) * Windows Server administration (2+ years) * Data center and storage network experience * SD‑WAN experience (Fortinet preferred) * Experience supporting internal projects and understanding basic project methodologies * Strong documentation skills (non‑negotiable) * CCNA required (may hire without; must obtain within one year) * Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
