Our client is looking to hire a Tier 2 Team Lead. This person will be responsible for taking tier1 and escalated tickets from the Tier I analysts. This issues will vary but will require more technical knowledge around O365 administration, VPN support, user permissions, etc. There will be some basic networking issues in there as well so being able to understand that will be critical. This person must be able to multi-task as well since they will be dealing with various level of issues all at once so understanding and prioritizing that is key. Eventually this person will be on client site providing support for projects and helping to spear head technical advancements with their customers. They are looking for someone with previous experience in a high level helpdesk/junior sys admin role that is more network focused as well. They would like someone that has previously trained, guided, and acted as an experienced tech to other agents in the past.
